booking

  • Reserve appointments via our online booking system (available 24/7) or by calling 563-349-6446 during business hours

cancellations

  • 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations. Late cancellations result in a fee of 50% of the service cost.
  • No-shows will be charged the full service amount.
  • Balances for late cancellations or no-shows must be cleared before booking future appointments.

late arrivals

  • Contact us immediately if you’re running late. Services may be shortened to stay on schedule. Arrivals 15+ minutes late may result in rescheduling and full-service charge

additional spa policies

children

  • Children must be 12 or older to receive spa services, and must be accompanied by parent
  • Children under 10 are not permitted in spa lounges, waiting areas, or service room unless receiving a salon service and accompanied by an adult.

service animals & pets

  • Only trained service animals are permitted in the building. Pets are not allowed.

food & beverages

  • No outside alcoholic beverages are allowed. Complimentary water, coffee, and tea are available.
  • Catering is available for group bookings with one week’s notice.

accessibility

  • Handicap-accessible ramps, rooms, and restrooms are available. Please notify us during booking if accommodations are needed. Personal care attendants are welcome but must accompany guests requiring assistance.

payment policies

  • A credit card is required to hold all appointments.
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and cash. No checks!

gift cards & returns

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash
  • Gift Certificates are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash and can not be used with any other offers.
  • Product returns are accepted within 10 days of purchase with a valid receipt and will be refunded as store credit.

right to refuse service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate or disruptive behavior that impacts the spa’s relaxing atmosphere.
